Pittsburgh, Pa. – What started out as a glorified house party twelve years ago has become a respected concert venue that has played hosts to artists from across the world. Come out on June 29th and help the Shadow Lounge celebrate its twelve year anniversary in style as Brooklyn producer Krts keeps the party moving through the night.

Better known as Krts, Kurtis Hairston has been an avid music lover since his youth. Exposed to a variety of music from a very early age, Krts has found his niche in the world of electronic music which he often combines with piano and the sounds of hip-hop to make a unique, melodic sound.

With the release of his debut album “Hold On EP” on Berlin label Project Mooncircle last September, Krts has begun to make a name for himself. Using a blend of sounds ranging from hip-hop to indie rock to dubstep and everything in-between, Krts’ 80’s and 90’s hip-hop based tracks have a soulful feel which they use to take you on an emotional rollercoaster of sound that has you searching for your soul as you dance to the beat.

In addition to his solo work, Krts also makes tracks for commercial ads, promo ads, movies and other various forms of media making this multitalented producer a chance to sneak into the ears of thousands of unsuspecting listeners.
